Truskavets

Truskawez (Ukrainian Трускавець; Трускавец Russian, Polish Truskawiec ) is a Ukrainian town with just over 30,000 residents in the former Kingdom of Galicia the Empire of Austria.

It is located in the Lviv Oblast, located 100 km south of the district capital of Lviv in the hill country from the Carpathians. The nearest major town is Drohobytsch.

Truskawez is by its spas and rehabilitation centers a well-known throughout the former USSR spa. The first spa facilities were established here in 1836. Help this came from later k.k. Interior Minister Count Agenor Gołuchowski the Elder.
