Turkey at the 1952 Summer Olympics
Turkey participated in the Summer Olympics in 1952 in Helsinki, Finland with a delegation of 51 athletes (all men) in 31 competitions in four sports part. A total of three medals ( two gold and one bronze ) could be achieved. The youngest athlete was the basketball player Yalçin granite (19 years and 306 days), the oldest athlete was the football player Muzaffer Tokaç (29 years and 290 days). It was the eighth part of the country at the Olympic Summer Games.
