Zvěřínek

Zvěřínek ( German Zwerinek ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic. It is located five kilometers south-west of Nymburk and belongs to fulltext your real estates.

Geography

Zvěřínek is located at the confluence of the Šembera in the Výrovka linkselbisch on the Bohemian panel. To the northwest lies the Bory - forest and in the west a lake dredged old Elbmäander. North of the village is the factory premises of the TEMAC as

History

The first written mention of Zvěřinec took place in 1345, as Hynek on Poděbrady the village received from Žleb to Lehn. 1402 Zvěřinec was destroyed by the troops of the Hungarian King Sigismund, who infested the entire rule Podiebrad. Friedrich von Dohna sold in 1525 along with Zvěřínek Písty, Milčice and the courts in Sadská to the town of Nymburk. Because of the participation of the city on the uprising Ferdinand I confiscated their property in 1547 and returned the villages of the rule Podiebrad.
