2003–04 Campionato Sammarinese di Calcio

The Campionato Sammarinese di Calcio in 2003/ 04 was the 19th season of the Sammarinese football league of men.

The Championship was held in two phases. In the regular season, the teams played in two equal groups of eight and seven teams. Each team hit it twice on the teams of their own group, and once on each team in the other group. After that, each group in the Championship Playoff the top three teams competed, which was played in a double - knockout system. The two group winners were doing a bye in the first round only to rise again in the second round in the playoffs one.

SS Pennarossa won the league and cup double. It came in both competitions to a rematch of last year's final against last year's double winners SP Domagnano. It was in both competitions of the each first triumph of the SS Pennarossa.

The SP Domagnano won Group B due to better direct matches against the SS Murata (1-0, 2-2 ).

Masters playoff

The following diagram shows the results of the championship playoffs again. The two group winners received a bye in the first round. The terms Ax or Bx give the group and the placement of each team in the regular season. Vx denotes teams who transferred from the winner to the loser's bracket, and the number of the game, which they had lost.
