2009–10 Women's EHF Cup

At the EHF Cup 2009/10 took part 53 handball club teams who could in their home countries qualify for the competition in the previous season or were eliminated from the Champions League of Women. It was the 29th edition of the EHF Cup. Winner of the EHF Cup this year was the Danish club Randers HK. Defender of the EHF Cup was the Spanish club SD Itxako.

Qualification

Round 1

It was attended by 10 teams who have previously qualified for the competition.

The first legs took place on 5./11./12. September 2009. The return games were 12-13. September 2009.

Round 2

It took part in the 5 winners of the first round, the two third-placed Champions League qualification and the women who have the 25 previously qualified for the competition.

The first legs took place on 2nd/3rd/4th. October 2009. The second legs were held on 4./10./11. October 2009.

* Handball Cercle Nimes and LK train Handball qualified on the away goals rule for the next round.

Round 3

It was attended by League of Women Qualification and have the 4 previously qualified for the contest, the 16 winners of the second round, the three losers each group of champions.

The draw for the third round took place in Vienna on 13 October 2009. The first legs took place on 31 October, and 1./7./24. November 2009. The second legs were held on 1./6./7./8./25. November 2010 instead.

Round 4

It was attended by the 16 winners of the 3rd round.

The draw for the fourth round took place in Vienna on 10 November 2009. The first legs took place on 6./7./13. February 2010 instead. The second legs were held on 7./13./14. February 2010 instead.

Quarterfinals

It is attended by eight winners from the 4th round. The draw for the quarter -finals took place in Vienna on 16 February 2010. The first legs took place on 13-14. March 2010 instead. The second legs were held on 14./20./21. March 2010 instead.

Semifinal

It is attended by four winners of the quarter-finals. The draw for the semi-finals took place in Vienna on 23 March 2010. The first legs took place on 10-11. Of April 2010. The second legs were held on 18./25. Of April 2010.

Final

It was attended by the two winners of the semifinals. The draw for the finals took place at 11:00 clock (GMT 2) in Vienna on April 20, 2009. The first leg was held on May 9, 2010. The return match took place on 13 May 2010.
