The Tashkent Open 2009 was the 11th edition of the hard court tennis tournament for women in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. It was a tournament of the International Category of the WTA Tour in 2009. It coincided with the Hansol Korea Open in 2009 in Seoul, South Korea from 21 to 27 September 2009.
