2010–11 First Macedonian Football League
The Prva liga 2010/11 was the 19th season of the highest soccer league in Macedonia. The season began on 31 July 2010 and ended on 28 May 2011 with the 33rd and final round.
Champion for the first time in club history the Movers KF Shkëndija. Defending champions FK Renova Džepčište was third. Record champions Vardar Skopje was indeed descended athletic, but remained after a merger with the FK Miravci in the league.
Clubs
Four teams were relegated in 2009/10. While Makedonija Skopje, the FK and FK Pobeda Prilep Slogan Jugomagnat had been excluded for various reasons from the league, FK Milano Kumanovo the failed in the relegation matches against FK Bregalnica Stip. Furthermore, the KF Shkëndija, the FK Skopje and FK Napredok Kičevo had risen.

Relegation Playoffs
The ninth - and tenth- placed teams played in simple Playoffs against the third and fourth placed teams of the second division for the league. While FK Napredok Kičevo won his game and remained in the Prva Liga. lost the FK Skopje his game and had to descend.
