2012 Milan – San Remo
The 103 wheel classic Milan - Sanremo was held on 17 March 2012. He was part of the UCI World Tour 2012 and within this the fifth race. The total race distance was 298 km, which it was the longest one-day race in the 2012 season.

Eligible were the 18 UCI ProTeam and Professional Continental teams four Italian UCI, a Dutch, an American and a Colombian team, who received a wild card on 18 January 2012.
