The Aosta Airport (Italian: Aeroporto della Valle d' Aosta " Corrado Gex ", French Aeroport de la Vallee d' Aosta " Corrado Gex ") is a regional airport in the Italian Aosta Valley. It is located about two kilometers east of Aosta in the area of Saint -Christophe.
The airport was built in the late 1950s. It is used for general aviation, the local Aero Club and the air ambulance. By 2010, this regional airline Air Vallée had its seat, then she moved to due to disputes on the expansion of the airport to Rimini. The airport received a new terminal building with additional parking, the start and runway was extended from 1240 to almost 1500 meters and is equipped with an instrument landing system.
