Atte Mäkinen

Atte Mäkinen ( born May 17, 1995, Tampere ) is a Finnish professional ice hockey player who is at Tappara Tampere of the SM - liiga under contract.

Career

Atte Mäkinen comes from the offspring of Tappara Tampere and won with the U16 team in 2011, the Finnish runner in his age group ( Junior C SM- sarja ).

On 21 February 2012, he gave an accumulation of injuries in the senior squad at the age of 16 years against Jokerit his debut in the SM- liiga and completed until end of season two more appearances for his hometown club. In the following season he was used in the U20 Junior of Tappara and borrowed for some games to LeKi from the Mestis. In the European Trophy in 2013 he became a permanent squad of Tappare and completed seven games for the club, but did not make it in the trunk of the squad for the then incipient SM- liiga season. Therefore, he was loaned again to LeKi.

Internationally

Mäkinen started early in the course of his career, to represent his country internationally. He was active as captain of the U18 Ivan Hlinka Memorial Selection at Tournament 2012, winning the silver medal. He had more inserts. At the U18 World Junior Championships in 2012 and 2013, where he won the bronze medal as an assistant captain in 2013
