Belgentier
Belge animal is a commune with 2438 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the Var department in the Provence- Alpes- Côte d' Azur.
Geography
Belge animal is about 30 km in a straight line north of Toulon in the upper Gapeautal between covered with fields and woods hills. There are numerous canyons on the east side of the Massif de Morières.
History
The first mentioned as Belcenceig and Beigenciacum place in the 11th century was ruled by the Counts of Marseille, later, from the Abbey of Saint -Victor.
In September 1651 84 people were killed in a flood of Gapeau killed.

Since 2006, a partnership with the community Geschwenda in Thuringia.
