Bragança District
The District of Bragança is a district in the north of Portugal. It belongs to the traditional province of Trás -os- Montes e Alto Douro. It is bordered to the north and east by Spain, the south of Guarda and Viseu and in the west to Vila Real. It covers an area of 6608 km ² and has a population of 148 808 (2001 ).
