Branimir Bajić ( in Cyrillic: Бранимир Бајић, * October 19, 1979 in Velika Obarska, Bijeljina, SFR Yugoslavia ) is a Bosnian - Herzegovinian footballer.

Career

Clubs

Bajić began his career in the youth of the FK Radnik Bijeljina. From there he moved in 2000 to FK Partizan Belgrade, for which he - apart from a six-month stint with Al Wahda - until 2007 was active. Bajić moved together with his team-mate Marko Lomić by Germany to the second division club TuS Koblenz. Despite his current contract originally to 2010, he joined the 2009/10 season the club again and ran for the Turkish club Denizlispor. From there he returned in the summer of 2010 returned to Germany and signed for second division club MSV Duisburg a contract for two years. He extended the contract for the 2012/13 season, however, ended with the withdrawal of licenses and relegation of MSV from the 2nd Bundesliga. Bajić remained loyal to the club but also in the following third league season.

National

Branimir Bajić played between 2004 and 2008 a total of 24 times in the Bosnian-Herzegovinian National Team.
