Černíky

Černíky ( German Czernik, also Tschernik ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic. It is located four kilometers north-west of Český Brod and belongs to fulltext your real estates.

Geography

Černíky is located at the junction of the Central Bohemian highlands to Bohemian table. To the south rises the hill Chrástnice (258 m) in the east and the Skala and the Zálužník ( Kaunitz mountain, 285 m).

Neighboring towns are Vykáň and Skalka in the north, and Týnice Kounice in the northeast, Klučov in the east, in the southeast Štolmíř, Nová Ves II in the South, Břežany II in the Southwest, Horoušany in the west and Vyšehořovice in the northwest.

History

The first written mention of the village Črmníky took place in 1293. In 1340 it was designated as forfeited. Later it belonged to the collegiate chapters in Prague on Vysehrad, the existing five- estate location in 1436 pledged to Henry of Straz, who joined him at the Good Přerov. Apart from the village consisted Černíky at that time still a Vladikengut, the jan Chyba was one of Chlum. This worldly goods sold by the heirs of Jan Měkýš 1534 Jiří Vachtl of Poutnov on Kounice. Vachtl acquired the worldly goods, so that the whole place came to Kounice.

1760 bought Maria Theresa of Savoy, Princess of Liechtenstein, the rule Kaunitz. For built in the same year St. Wenceslas chapel they donated 60 guilders for their conservation.

After the abolition of patrimonial Cermik formed in 1850 a district of the municipality in the district Český Brod Stolmíř. 1897: the municipality Černíky, which was in 1961 assigned to the fulltext your real estates. Between 1980 and 1990 Černíky was incorporated to Kounice, after which the congregation arose again.
