Dănuț Coman

Dănuţ Dumitru Coman ( born March 28, 1979 in Ştefăneşti, county Arges ) is a Romanian goalkeeper in soccer. He is since Summer 2013 at Astra Giurgiu under contract.

Career

Coman began his career in the 1997/98 season at FC Arges Pitesti in Divizia A, where he came to his first on 28 February 1998. Since he hardly came to missions, he moved to the winter break 1998/99 on loan to Rocar Bucharest in the second highest league, which Divizia B. After the climb with Rocar returned to back to Arges, but was only in the 2003 /04 regulars.

During the winter break 2004/ 05 Coman Arges left and moved on to league rivals Rapid Bucharest. In January 2009 he moved to FC Braşov. In the summer of 2010 he returned to Rapid after his contract was not renewed in Braşov. At the beginning of the season 2010/11 he won a place in the gate, but had to go to a place references his opponent Mircea Bornescu again to defer. Only in the final phase of the season, he returned and qualified with his club for the Europa League. In the season 2011/12 he is the number one goal again and managed with his team once again a place in the Europa League qualifiers. At the same time he reached the Romanian Cup final, but it lost to Dinamo Bucharest 0-1. He then moved to the reigning vice-champion FC Vaslui. This he left after one year to league rivals Astra Giurgiu.

National

Dănuţ Coman denied until now 14 caps for the Romanian national football team. Although it was designed to be used as a substitute goalkeeper on the European Football Championship in 2008, he fell through the fracture of the thumb from the short term and could not attend.
