Daxing District

The town of Daxing District (大兴区; Pinyin: Daxing Qū ) is a municipality in the south of the centrally-administered city of Beijing in the People's Republic of China. In 1999, he counted 532 550 inhabitants.

The municipality is home to the airport, Beijing Daxing, scheduled to open in 2018. The approval has already been granted, construction is 2014. He intended to relieve the existing Beijing airport.
