Demandware is a U.S. software provider for e -commerce shop systems. The company was founded in 2004 by Stephan Schambach, the co-founder of Intershop. Demandware develops Ecommerce Software for Online Retailers throughout the world. Demandware has in addition to its headquarters in the U.S. with additional offices in France and Germany. The Demandware Store software is unlike traditional shop systems like Magento, Intershop or a software -as- a-service solution.
