Elliot S. N. Morgan

Elliot SN Morgan was an American politician ( Republican), who was twice appointed acting governor of Wyoming Territory.

Morgan held from 1880 to 1887, the Office of the Secretary of Wyoming Territory. After the death of Governor William Hale he was on 13 January 1885 to 28 February 1885 for a period of 46 days, working as acting governor of the territory. When Governor George W. Baxter was later resigned from his office, he jumped again. He held the post of December 20, 1886 to January 24, 1887, a period of 35 days.
