Ertuğrul Sağlam (2014)
Ertuğrul Sağlam ( born November 19, 1969 in Zonguldak ) is a former Turkish international footballer and current football coach in Turkey.

Playing career
Club career
His professional career began with his move from the youth of the Istanbul club Fenerbahce Gaziantepspor to the beginning of the season 1986 / 87th In 1988, the Turkish first division side Samsunspor took him under contract. In the following seasons, the young striker was extremely successful and was courted by three top clubs of Turkey, namely Istanbul Beşiktaş, Fenerbahçe and Galatasaray. Prior to the 1994/95 season it came to switching to erstgenanntem club. In his first season with Beşiktaş was Ertuğrul Turkish soccer champions, in 1998 he won the Turkish Cup with the team. In 2000 he returned to Samsunspor and ended his active career there in 2003.
National
Ertuğrul Sağlam made his debut for Turkey on 27 October 1993 in a World Cup qualifier against Poland. Sağlam was 1996 levy of the Turkish team in the European Football Championship in England. He finished his career in 1998 with the national team, by this time he came up with 30 games and 11 goals.

Coaching career
2004/ 05, he started his career as a coach at the former first division side Samsunspor. From 2005 to 2007 he held the sports management at Kayserispor. He led the club from relegation zone to a UEFA Cup place. On 30 May 2007, he became coach of his old club Beşiktaş Istanbul. On 7 October 2008, he announced his resignation in Beşiktaş Istanbul. On 2 January 2009, he signed a 3.5 year contract with the Turkish first division side Bursaspor. In his first season as coach at Bursaspor he won the Turkish Cup 2010, which is the first championship of Bursaspor in the club's history at the same time. On 28 January 2013, announced his resignation as coach in Bursa.
From the 2013/14 season is Sağlam coach at Eskişehirspor.
