Fažana
Fažana (Italian Fasana, dt date: Wazan ) is a fishing village on the west coast of Istria, Istria County. It lies between Vodnjan / Dignano and Pula / Pola and has a small harbor with a busy holiday season for beach promenade. 's Waterfront a crossing on the islands of Brioni ( Brijuni National Park ) is possible.

According to the 2011 census were living at that time, 3,635 people in Fažana. Fažana is officially bilingual (see Statute of the municipality ) Croatian and Italian. In addition, the Istriotische language is spoken.
Until his death in 2008 lived in Fažana Croatian boxer Mate Parlov.
