Haag an der Amper ( officially: adAmper Hague ) is a community in the Upper Bavarian district of Freising and a member of the administrative community Zolling.

Geography

The community part of Haag an der Amper are: Hausmehring, Haun, Holzhäusl, Inkofen, Mitter Marchbach, Upper Marchbach, Plörnbach, Seeberg, Seer, Sollern, sub Marchbach, sub Schwaig, Wälschbuch, Weihrinnen and Wörlhof.

History

In 804 the town was first mentioned. The closed Hofmark Hague has long been held by the Barons von Stauffenberg. Franz Lodron married in 1632 Mary of Flitzing, widowed von Stauffenberg. She had some Hofmarken north of Freising, the noble seats Triftern, Upper Turks and house and land in Landshut, which so came into possession of the Lodron. The castle was rebuilt in the third quarter of the 17th century. The Hofmark was converted around 1819 into a patrimonial. When the Cholera 1836 died several family members, went out of the Bavarian line of Lodron. 1848, the patrimonial was dissolved. Hague adAmper became an independent municipality. In 1854 the castle was almost completely demolished, the rest in 1997.

Incorporations

On January 1, 1972, until then independent municipality Inkofen was incorporated. On 1 January 1976, the incorporation of Plörnbach followed.

Coat of arms

The guided since 1977 coat of arms shows " in a red downcast shaft oblique beams, about a rising, herschauender, silver lion. " The root of Arms of the Counts of Lodron - silver lion in red - is the main component of the municipal coat of arms. The silver wave bar symbolizes the Amper.

Sports

Sport Club Club for lawn games Hague adAmper eV was founded in 1947 with its departments baseball, beach volleyball, darts, football, curling, tennis and table tennis.

Sports club Ski Club Hague A.D. Amper eV was founded in 1997. Ski Club organizes ski lessons especially for children and skiing. He also has the departments volleyball and handball for children, as well as regular Nordic Walking meetings and skiing exercises.

Traffic

By Haag leads the Hallertauer local railway. Previously she led from Langenbach coming to Wolnzach and Main Castle. Today it is only until Zolling power plant a few miles west of the village into operation.
