Hannu Jortikka

Hannu Jortikka ( born December 16, 1956 in Turku ) is a retired Finnish professional ice hockey player and coach who played in the Elitserien, among others, for TPS Turku in the SM- liiga as well as AIK Solna in its active period 1972 to 1988.

Career as a player

Hannu Jortikka began his career as a hockey player with TPS Turku for which he in the SM- sarja, from 1975, was active from 1972 to 1979, first in its successor league, the SM- liiga. In the 1975/76 season he was with Turku Finnish first time in his career masterpiece. This was followed by the runner-up in 1977 and two third places before Jortikka joined AIK in the Swedish Elitserien. Career as a coach

After end of his career as a player Jortikka trained initially the Finnish U20 Finland national team, with whom he won the gold medal at the Junior World Championship in 1987.
