History
In 1867, the Hartford Township was established. In 1879, a railway was built through the area. 1881 laid the railway company to the modern city, which was named after the city of Hartford in Connecticut. In 1896, a petition to the Countyverwaltung was filed, whereupon the " Town of Hartford " was incorporated.
