Holstebro Municipality

Holstebro Kommune is a Danish municipality in Jutland. It was created on 1 January 2007 as part of local government reform by combining the "old" Holstebro municipality with the former municipalities Ulfborg - Vemb and Vinderup.

Holstebro municipality has a total population of 57 254 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2013 ) and an area of ​​793.00 km ². It is part of Jutland region. The seat of government is in Holstebro.
