Josephsplatz (Munich U-Bahn)

Metro Station Joseph Platz is a railway station of the Munich U -Bahn.

The station was opened on 18 October 1980 and is located in the Maxvorstadt is close to St. Joseph 's Church, after which the square is named Joseph, and also gave the name of the station. Like the other underground stations of that line U8 / 1, which were opened in 1980, also of Joseph Platz Train Station is simply decorated. The rear track walls are made of greenish wall panels, the floor was covered with Isarkiesel art stones, the columns were covered with blue tiles, and the two light bands were veneered with aluminum fins.
