Kim Dong-moon

Kim Dong -moon (Korean 김동문; born 22 September 1975) is a South Korean badminton players.

Career

2000 Kim Dong -moon along with Ha Tae- kwon winner in the men's doubles at the Swiss Open. Also the Mixed Swiss Open 2000, he won together with Ra Kyung- min. The Swiss Open 2002 has been completed by him and Ra Kyung- min in mixed doubles as the winner. Kim won with Ra Kyung- min is also the Mixed the German Open 2003 and the Swiss Open 2004.

Kim played at the 2004 Olympics in the men's doubles with partner Ha Tae- kwon. In the first round they had a bye and defeated in the second round Robert Mateusiak and Michał Łogosz from Poland. In the quarterfinals, Kim and Ha Zheng Bo and Sang Yang beat from China with 15:7 and 15:11. They won the semifinal against Eng Hian and Flandy Limpele from Indonesia with 15:8, 15:2, and beat in the final of their Korean compatriots Lee Dong -soo and Yoo Yong -sung and so won the gold medal.

Kim started with Ra Kyung- min also in mixed doubles at the Olympics in 2004. In the first round they had a bye into the second round he beat her and Chris Bruil Bruil Lotte from the Netherlands. In the quarterfinals, Kim and Ra were subject to Jonas Rasmussen and Rikke Olsen of Denmark with 17:14, 15:8.
