Linexert

Linexert is a commune in Haute -Saône in the Franche -Comté.

Geography

Linexert situated at an altitude of 307 m above sea level, 7 km north of Lure and about 28 km northeast of the town of Vesoul (air line). The village is located in the eastern part of the department, at the edge of the plain of Luxeuil, both sides of the Lanterne, on the southwestern edge of the Plateau des Mille Étangs.

The area of ​​2 km ² municipal area includes a portion of the level of Luxeuil. This alluvial plain is on average 305 m. It is drained by the Lanterne, which flows through a broad valley, to the west. Agricultural land use predominates here. From the plane, the peaks of Mont Tatie ( 338 m ) and skin du Mont, on the 341 meters, the highest point of Linexert is achieved collect. History

Population

With 135 inhabitants (2007 ) Linexert one of the small towns in the Haute- Saône.
