List of cities in Senegal

The list of cities in Senegal provides an overview of the development of the population of the larger cities of the West African country of Senegal.

By far the largest agglomeration in Senegal is Dakar with a population of 4,007,229 (as of 31 December 2007). Thus, about a third of the country's population in the capital region focused.

The following table lists the cities and municipalities with more than 10,000 inhabitants, the results of the censuses ( VZ ) of 27 May 1988 and 8 December 2002 and an estimate of the National Office of Statistics and Demography in Senegal ( ANSD ) for the 31 December. , 2007.
