The best athletes in the company sports teams were - often in childhood - " delegated " to the sports clubs. There they were often far better training facilities available and they were cared much more intense, but they came in many cases with the common GDR doping system in contact. The sports clubs have benefited from the close-knit with them children and youth sports schools.
