General
Even before Springsteen had released a large number of albums, had Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band an excellent reputation as a live band and the fans demanded a live album that was released with " Live/1975-85 ". The selected recordings reveal a tripartite division, the first part with photographs from the early and mid- 1970s, imagine the a rather quiet Springsteen, the second with shots to the first Top 10 hit, " Hungry Heart" and the third with his successes. The concert photos were taken under other by Annie Leibovitz.

Reviews
- Rolling Stone: " But It Seems churlish to carp about titles Whenthere is so much raw power, lyric honesty and spiritual determination packed into this box. " (English translation: " But it seems petty to complain about the selection, if so much raw power, lyrical sincerity and mental determination was packed into this box. " )
