Marloffstein
Marloffstein is a municipality in the Central Franconian district of Erlangen- Hochstadt and a member of the administrative community Uttenreuth.

Geography
Geographical Location
The municipality is located on a ridge seven kilometers north-east of Erlangen. Being close to Erlangen and the wide views from the pass Marloffstein into Regnitztal, in the Franconian Switzerland and south to Nuremberg, the height is a popular tourist destination.

History
Already 1288 has been documented in a " Count Herman Celarius de Marrolstein ".
Incorporations
On 1 May 1978, the formerly independent communities Adlitz and Atzelsberg were incorporated.
