Matthias Ostrzolek

Matthias Ostrzolek ( born June 5, 1990 in Bochum ) is a German - Polish footballer who is under contract with FC Augsburg. He plays the position of left-back, but is also used in the midfield.

Youth

His parents are from Poland, so he speaks both German and Polish. He travels every year to his relatives in Poland. He grew up in the Bochum district Langendreer and entered with six years in 1996 when WSV Bochum.

Career

In 1997 he came to the F- youth of VfL Bochum, went through there all other youth departments and became the 2009/10 season included in the second team. During the 2010/11 season he was me exercising in the pros and was a substitute against VfL Osnabrück. In the next match against MSV Duisburg he played his first complete game in the 2nd Bundesliga. Due to lack of interest and commitment of the Polish Football Association, he was appointed for the first time in the squad of the German U - 21 team in March 2011, when he came off the bench in the match against the Netherlands U -21 in 22 minutes for Shervin Radjabali - Fardi.
