Mercury Zephyr

The Mercury Zephyr was changed only in details parallel model of the Ford - Mercury brand for Fairmont and followed its development during its production time. All Zephyr had a front end with dual headlights, there was until 1981 only one equipment line ( base and later Zephyr GS) and the parallel model for Futura coupe was called the Zephyr Z- seventh In some European markets such as Switzerland, the Zephyr instead of Fairmont on the Ford's distribution network was offered.

From Zephyr total of 499 566 units were built. His successor was the Mercury Topaz.
