The Río Mizque is a river in the center of the South American Andean Republic of Bolivia.

The Río Mizque has its origin at the confluence of the two rivers Río Wila Wila and Rio Cueva Pampa near the village of Vila Vila on the southwestern edge of the Bolivian Cordillera Oriental at an altitude of 2512 m. From there, the Río Mizque first flows in a southeasterly, then northeasterly and southeasterly direction and empties back later after 291 km in the Río Grande in the " triangle " of the three departments of Cochabamba, Chuquisaca and Santa Cruz.

The river flows on its course in the department of Cochabamba, the municipality of Vila Vila and the municipality in the province of Mizque Mizque, as well as the municipality of Aiquile, the municipality and the municipality Omereque Pasorapa in the province Campero. In the last part he also forms the border with the municipality of Moro Moro, the municipality of Valle Grande and the municipality of Pucara in the province of Valle Grande of the department of Santa Cruz.

The Río Mizque is not navigable along its entire length and subject depending on the season significant water fluctuations.
