MSC Divina, the third ship of the Fantasia - class ( sister ships MSC Fantasia and MSC Splendida ) of MSC Cruises and the twelfth ship of the fleet. The new building took place at STX France Cruise SA in Saint- Nazaire, the French shipyard of STX Europe Group, which specializes in building cruise ships. The ship has a length of 333.30 meters, a width of 37.92 meters and can reach a speed of up to 22.99 knots. With 1751 cabins it has 114 cabins more than the two sister ships.

With 139400 GRT she is also slightly larger than the two sister ships, and thus the largest ship in the MSC fleet. As part of the Fantasia class, MSC Divina was equipped with two additional elevators and continues to be modernized. The naval architects De Jorio Design International also presented a newly designed deck and restaurant. So also the MSC Yacht Club has been redesigned and also enlarged. History

Münzzeremonie

The traditional Münzzeremonie in which two commemorative coins symbolize the strong bond between the city of Marseille and MSC Cruises, took place in the shipyard in Saint- Nazaire on November 4, 2010. Sister ships

Naming and baptism

Areas of application

Like her sister ships, the MSC Divina will be used in the Mediterranean.
