The MSC Magnifica is a cruise ship in the " Musica " class, which is operated by the shipping company MSC Crociere. Identical sister ships, the MSC Musica, MSC Orchestra and MSC Poesia.

Areas of application

The MSC Magnifica was used until 2012 mainly for Mediterranean cruises. Initial and arrival ports was regularly their location Venice. History

The MSC Magnifica is the 11th new construction project of the shipping company and was built in the STX Europe shipyard in Saint- Nazaire, France. Incident in 2013

Towards morning on November 20, 2013, the MSC Magnifica operating in strong wind against the pier and the lighthouse at the harbor entrance to the port of Piraeus. The pier was slightly damaged, the beacon totally destroyed.
