The Costa Favolosa is the 15th cruise ship company Costa Crociere. The Costa Favolosa is identical to the Costa Fascinosa.

History

For the naming of the ship, a competition among travel agencies and their customers was organized, the 25 most common names were presented on the website of Costa. 42,000 visitors to the website have ( " The Fabulous " Favola Italian " fairy tale", favoloso " fabulous, fabulous " ) chose the name Favolosa.

On 6 August 2010, the " technical launch " of the Costa Favolosa was completed. In the presence of the President of Costa Cruises, Gianni Onorato, and the manager of the Marghera shipyard Attilio Dapelo of Godmother Beatrice Siri ( an employee of Costa Crociere ) was sealed a coin at the point where sailing ships was the main mast. Areas of application
