History

Your maiden voyage took the Costa Mediterranea on 16 June 2003. She led the then new ship from Genoa in Italy to Malaga, then it went through the Straits of Gibraltar to Casablanca, Cadiz, Lisbon, Gibraltar and back to Genoa.

Areas of application

Since 2010 the ship in the summer in the Mediterranean is regularly in use, while continuing to travel on the Caribbean in the winter months. In winter 2012/2013 the Costa Mediterranea will sail from Miami to the Caribbean. Between spring and autumn 2013 Mediterranean cruises from Savona, Heraklion and Rhodes are planned. In winter 2013/14 and 2014/15, the Costa Mediterranea will sail the Southern Caribbean from Guadeloupe., In the summer half of 2014, it is used from Hamburg for cruises to Norway, which sometimes lead to the North Cape.

The ship

Equipment
