National Anthem of Zimbabwe
Blessed be the Land of Zimbabwe (in English), Kalibusiswe Ilizwe leZimbabwe (on isiNdebele ) or Simudzai mureza Wedu weZimbabwe ( in Shona ) since 1994 has been the national anthem of Zimbabwe. The eponymous song Zimbabwe by Bob Marley & the Wailers, which occurred at the independence celebration of Zimbabwe, is considered the unofficial national anthem of Zimbabwe.
The lyrics were written by Solomon Mutswairo (* 1924) and the music of Fred Lecture Changundega (* 1954).
