North East Lincolnshire

North East Lincolnshire is an administrative unit ( Unitary Authority) in the region of Yorkshire and the Humber in the north east of England. It is bordered by North Lincolnshire and Lincolnshire.

North East Lincolnshire was formed in 1996 from the two boroughs of existing only from 1974 to 1996 County Humberside. Only for ceremonial reasons, the administratively independent North East Lincolnshire is part of the county of Lincolnshire.
