North Korea men's national ice hockey team

The North Korean national ice hockey team, which currently occupies the 45th place in the IIHF World Ranking, represents the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea) in international tournaments and played at the Ice Hockey World Championship 2010 in Division III. So far, the team did not even participate in the Olympics, but was represented in various Asian Winter Games.

Asian Winter Games

In the Asian Winter Games in Changchun in 2007, the team finished a respectable fifth place in hockey tournament and had to ensure that only the Asian hockey " great powers " Japan, Kazakhstan, South Korea and China defeated. The women's team finished fourth among five teams participating.
