Nuri Şahin ( 2012)
Nuri Şahin Kazim [ ʃahin ] ( born September 5, 1988 in Lüdenscheid ) is a Turkish football player, who also has German nationality. He is under contract at Real Madrid and plays on loan at Borussia Dortmund.

Life
Sahin's parents had emigrated to Germany from Turkey before his birth and settled in the southern- Meinerzhagen. In 1988 he arrived in the nearby Lüdenscheid to the world, but grew up in Meinerzhagen, where he attended high school. Şahin is married to his cousin Tugba since 2007. On September 13, 2011, his son was born.
After winning the German championship in 2011 Şahin was awarded the German nationality at a reception in Dortmund's city hall.
Club career
Borussia Dortmund
At the age of four years Şahin joined the local club RSV Meinerzhagen. At twelve, he finally moved to the youth department of Borussia Dortmund.
After he was elected at the U-17 European Championship in 2005 as the best player of the tournament, some English clubs like Arsenal, Chelsea or Manchester United were interested in him. Arsene Wenger, coach of FC Arsenal, described him as the greatest talent under the age of 18 in Europe. Arsenal offered three million euros for the then 16 -year-olds, but Borussia Dortmund rejected this offer. In summer 2005, Şahin was transferred directly from the B- youth in the senior squad. In the third round second leg of the UEFA Intertoto Cup in 2005 against Sigma Olomouc he came on in the 67th minute for Marc André Kruska and celebrated in this way his competitive debut for Borussia Dortmund. He was also the hitherto youngest Dortmund European Cup players. On August 6, 2005 Şahin had made his Bundesliga debut at 16 years and 335 days, and is so far the youngest Bundesliga debutant.
As he held until his 18th year still could not sign a professional contract, his parents had to agree to use before the game. Before that he was the youngest of Friedl Eintracht Frankfurt Bundesliga players have been (17 years, 26 days). On 26 November 2005 in Nuremberg Şahin scored his first Bundesliga goal, sparking at the age of 17 years and 82 days, Lars Ricken and Ibrahim Tanko as the youngest Bundesliga goal scorers from. His debut season, he finished with 23 Bundesliga inserts and a gate.
Lending to Rotterdam
In summer 2007, Dortmund's new coach Thomas Doll was to recognize not to plan with Şahin .. Therefore, he moved on loan for one season on Feyenoord, the club of his patron and former coach of Borussia, Bert van Marwijk. His debut, he completed the 3-0 win against FC Utrecht on 19 August 2007 ( 1st Round ). Over the entire season, he scored six goals in 29 league games and was Dutch Cup winner.
Return to Dortmund
In the summer of 2008 he returned to Borussia, missed due to an ankle injury, however, much of the preparation under the new club coach Juergen Klopp. In the first 13 games of the season of 2008/09 season he was so only to a Startelfeinsatz. For the second round, however, he established himself as a regular player and closed the season with two goals and five from assists.

Real Madrid
For the 2011/12 season Şahin moved to Real Madrid in the Primera División. When the Spaniards, he signed a six-year contract until 30 June 2017. Due to an exit clause it cost Real Madrid about ten million euros. However, due to an injury Şahin fell to the beginning of the season of longer and missed a large part of the preparation.
His 23- minute debut in the Primera División, he gave as part of a 7-1 home win until the 12th game against CA Osasuna. He was then taken into account in the league until 30 Matchday again. Şahin was the 34th game against Sporting Gijon for the first time in a league game in the starting eleven, but was after an uneventful performance as well in the mid-term replacement as on Matchday 37 in his fourth and final league game of the season 2011 /12. At this point, Real Madrid was already fixed as Spanish champions. His first and only goal in his debut season at Real Madrid scored Şahin in the Copa del Rey against third division side SD Ponferradina.
Loan to Liverpool
On August 25, 2012 Şahin joined on loan for the season 2012 /13 Liverpool FC. On September 26, 2012, he scored his first two Goals in official matches for Liverpool in the League Cup, which brought the defending champions a 2-1 victory at West Bromwich Albion. His first Premier League goal came on 29 September 2012 at the away game against Norwich City. Liverpool won the match 5-2, Sahin prepared two more goals before. Nevertheless, Sahin could not prevail in Liverpool. In November 2012, he lost his place and came to January 2013, only seven appearances in the Premier League and four matches played in the UEFA Europa League. On January 11, 2013, the loan agreement was dissolved.
Return to Borussia Dortmund
On the same day Şahin was presented at his old club Borussia Dortmund as a newcomer. The Borussia Şahin borrowed for 18 months from 30 June 2014 to Real Madrid. Sahin's return was part of a large media echo; among other things, the bill has been referred to as " transfer Hammer" or " transfer coup". The " prodigal son " was " happy to be back home ," and received the shirt number 18 because his old number 8 is assigned to İlkay Gündoğan.
His first game after his return, he completed on 19 January in a 5-0 win at Werder Bremen when he came on in the 84th minute for Sebastian Kehl. In the 5-1 win against SC Freiburg Sahin scored two goals and set up another front. With Borussia Dortmund, he was runner-up. However, the peak in the first half year was reaching the final of the Champions League. This is, however, lost in a purely German final with 1-2 against Bayern Munich.
National
In May 2005, Şahin was able to win the title at the U-17 European Championship with Turkey's U-17 national team and was voted the best player of the tournament. When held in the fall of 2005 U -17 World Championship, he reached with Turkey in fourth place and won the third best player of the tournament the " Bronze Ball " and the second- leading scorer ( four goals) the "Silver Shoe".
On 8 October 2005, Şahin his first appearance in the Turkish national team when he came on in the 85th minute of the match against Germany (Friendly Match) and shortly thereafter in the 89th minute goal scored to make it 2-0. This Şahin Emre Belözoğlu has replaced as the recent Turkish national team ( against Norway on 23 February 2000, then 19 years old ) and is also the youngest scorer in the national team. For the European Championship 2008, he was not considered by the then coach Fatih Terim. In qualifying for the European Championship 2012, he came to only three operations under then coach Guus Hiddink.
In November 2011, Şahin told not to play for the national team as long as they 'll coached by Hiddink. After the Turkey Hiddink had separated in November and Abdullah Avcı new coach was, Şahin was on 29 February 2012 after a nearly year-long pause in the friendly against Slovakia (1-2) comeback.
