Ostašov

Ostašov ( German Neudorf host Aschau ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic. It is located seven kilometers south of Třebíč and belongs to Okres Třebíč.

Geography

Ostašov is located on the edge of Jarmeritzer basin ( Jaroměřická kotlina ) in a hilly landscape pond in Moravia. To the north rises the Klučovská hora ( 595 m ), the south upstream crest Kľúčovský Kopec is protected as a nature monument. To the south lies the pond Panenka, in the southwest of Brda.

Neighboring towns are Kožichovice in the north, Klučov in the northeast, Dvůr Lhotka in the east, in the southeast Lipník, Boňov and Ratiborice in the south, Výčapy the southwest, Petrůvky in the west and Střítež in the northwest.

History

The village was founded in the early 18th century on the land of Lipník and 1716 first documentary mention as Neudorf. Neudorf was born in the corridors of the fortified since 1653 extinct Court Lhota. There was the village of Lhota u Lipníka, which was destroyed in the Thirty Years' War and called desolate since 1637 on the site of monolayer Dvůr Lhotka.

After the replacement of the patrimonial of the 19th century, known as Ostašov, Hostašov, Hostešov, Neudorf or host Aschau place was formed in 1850 a district of the municipality in the district Lipník Moravian Krumlov. South of the village was above the Panenka pond with 8.5 acres of Jezero another fish pond that was drained in the second half of the 19th century. 1869 lived 189 people in 29 houses of Ostašov. In 1900 the city had 176 inhabitants. In 1919, the municipality Ostašov. Since 1948, the community is part of the Okres Třebíč. 1961 lived 185 people in the community. 2001, there was Ostašov over 45 houses, one of which served for residential purposes 40, and had 131 inhabitants. The village is very rural.

Attractions

• Kľúčovský Kopec, the 560 m high hill is protected since 1982 on an area of ​​0.72 ha as a natural monument ( přírodní památka ). On the knoll planted with lawns, there is a population of meadow anemone.
