Otto Bohl
Otto Bohl ( born May 8, 1885 in Ludwigshafen, † 24 October 1969 in Illertissen ) was a German jurist and politician of the BVP.
Bohl studied at the universities of Heidelberg and Munich Jura and entered 1912 in the Bavarian civil service. He has worked among others at the District Office Illertissen and in the social and Ministry of Interior. He was a member of the BVP, for he 1930 Mayor of the city of Augsburg in January. On 31 May 1933 he was deposed by the Nazis. After that, he was head of the State Administration baths in Bad Kissingen, 1948-1958 District of the then district Illertissen.
In Augsburg district Pfersee the mayor - Bohl - road has been named after him.
He was a member of the Catholic Student Association since 1904 KDSt.V. Aenania Munich.
