Qviding FIF

Qviding FIF is a Swedish football club based in Gothenburg.

The club was founded in 1987, with the two existing clubs BK Qviding and Fräntorps IF combined. Both clubs had existed since the 1940s and the 1950s.

With the first-place Västra Götaland reaching the Division 2 ( 3.Liga ) in the 2005 season, the A- team for the first time (Superettan) could ( season 2006) qualify for the second Swedish football league. After this season Qviding FIF but immediately rose again.
