Ra Kyung-min

Ra Kyung- min (Korean 나경민; born November 25, 1976 in Seoul ) is a badminton player from South Korea.

1998 won Ra Kyung- min three titles at the Swedish Open. Ra and Lee Kyung -won won the women's doubles of the Swiss Open in 2001 and defended this title successfully in 2002. This year, she was together with her partner Mixed Kim Dong -moon again champion of the Swiss Open.

2003 Ra won the women's doubles of the German Open together with Lee Kyung -won. Furthermore, she was still champion in Mixed together with Kim Dong -moon at this event. 2004 Ra was with her partner Kim Dong -moon winner in the Mixed Swiss Open.

Ra took for Korea in badminton at the 2004 Olympics in women's doubles with her partner Lee Kyung -won in part. They had a bye in the first round and in the second round they beat Pernille Harder and Mette Schjoldager from Denmark. In the quarterfinals, Ra and Lee Lotte Bruil and Mia Audina defeated from the Netherlands with 15:5, 15:2. They lost the semifinal against Jiewen Zhang and Yang Wei of China with 15:6, 15:4, but won the match for third place against 3 Zhao Tingting and Wei Yili, also from China, with 10:15, 15:9, 15: 7 to win the bronze medal.

Ra also took in mixed competition with her partner Kim Dong -moon part. In the first round they had a bye and defeated Chris Bruil and Lotte Bruil from the Netherlands in the second. In the quarterfinals, Ra and Kim were subject to Jonas Rasmussen and Rikke Olsen of Denmark with 17:14, 15:8.
