Roman Catholic Diocese of Cork and Ross

The Diocese of Cork and Ross ( ir: Deoise Chorcaí agus Rosa, Latin: Dioecesis Corcagiensis et Rossensis ) is a location in Ireland Roman Catholic diocese based in Cork.

History

The Diocese of Cork and Ross has been built in the 7th century as the Diocese of Cork. 1152 the diocese Cork Cashel and Emly was the archbishopric a suffragan. On April 19, 1958 the diocese of Cork was affiliated with the diocese of Ross.
