Roman Catholic Diocese of Dromore

The Diocese of Dromore ( ir: Deoise to Droma Mhoir, Latin: Dioecesis Dromorensis ) is a seaside resort in northern Ireland Roman Catholic diocese based in Newry.

History

The Diocese of Dromore was established by Pope Hormisdas in 514. The diocese of Dromore in 1152 was the archbishopric Armagh is a suffragan.
