Samuel Tobias Holmén ( born June 28, 1984 in Anne Lund ) is a Swedish football player. The midfielder, who made his debut in the Swedish national team in 2006, won in his career once the Swedish Championship and also both the Swedish and the Danish Cup competition. In June 2013 he signed a three-year contract with the Turkish Süper Lig club Fenerbahçe Istanbul.

Holmén played in the youth initially at Annelunds IF. In 1998 he moved to the youth department of IF Elfsborg.
