San Andres (Romblon)

San Andres is a Philippine municipality in the province of Romblon in the Administrative Region IV -B, Mimaropa. It has 15,028 inhabitants ( census May 1, 2010 ) living in 13 barangays. It is classified as a community of the fifth income class in the Philippines and as a partially urbanized.

San Andres is in the northwest of the island of Tablas, on the coast of Sibuyan Sea. The topography of the municipality is characterized by flat undulating terrain. Your neighboring municipalities are Calatrava in the north, Odiongan in the south, San Agustin in the east.
